Home has outdoor patio for relaxing, bbq during summer but no grille on property; you can bring yours and take away after stay. Comes with 2 car garage. 
Property has little access gate into the entrance of the compound.
Property comes with house keeping once a month. 
Lawn is taking care of every 3 weeks.
